Healing Arts






The dance of male and female energies is part of the dance of life itself.  These combined energies are what make us vital, alive, strong, capable, healthy.





It is important to learn to quiet the mind and focus intently on the present especially when exchanging energies with a partner.  To engage in intimate and intense practices without focus or without intention brings empty and vague results.





The mind is so full of images and memories that it can overlay thoughts and feelings that actually have no validity in the present thus confusing the true feelings and emotions and keeping one from experiencing the joy and deep satisfaction that is truly available.

Tantric yoga is an exploration of energy,  a healing of mind and body, an awareness of inner tranquility and an exploration of intense bonding and sharing of deep emotions with another.
